Brooks & Falotico was founded in 1988 by Louise Brooks. Vincent Falotico, AIA, joined the firm in 1993 and became a partner in 1999. In 2008, the original name of Gullans and Brooks was changed to Brooks & Falotico. Over the past two decades, the firm has grown to more than 20 professionals. We have created or renovated over 200 residences throughout the United States. While the majority of our work is in Connecticut and Westchester County New York, we are currently designing projects on Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket in Massachusetts, Shelter Island and the North Shore of Long Island, Colorado, Florida, Montana, South Carolina and Rhode Island. Our work ranges in scale and complexity from 500 square foot additions to large residential compounds.
